1. Services
AtlasForge LLC provides: website design & development, social media management, e-commerce store setup (WooCommerce & Shopify), paid advertising management, and analytics services.
2. Free Demo Policy
We offer a free demo before any payment. The demo is a preview of your website, store, or social setup. Payment is only required if you choose to proceed after seeing the demo.
3. Payment
One-time services: payment due upon approval of demo. Monthly services: billed at the start of each month. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Ad spend budgets are billed directly by the ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and are separate from our fees.
4. Refunds
See our full Refund Policy at AtlasForgeLLC.com/refund-policy. In summary: demos are always free. After project delivery, refunds are evaluated case by case based on project stage.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all delivered assets (website files, designs, content) become your property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any required access (domain, social accounts). Delays caused by missing client input may affect delivery timelines.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We work with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy changes by these platforms after delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
AtlasForge LLC liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
9. No Guarantee of Results
We commit to delivering professional-quality work. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, ranking positions, follower counts, or advertising returns, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. One-time projects cannot be cancelled after work has begun without forfeiting the deposit.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
