Free Demo — Always Free
Every project starts with a free demo. You never pay before seeing our work. If you don't love the demo, you owe nothing.
Website Services
After demo approval & payment: • If we haven't started: full refund within 48 hours of request. • If work is in progress (under 50% complete): 50% refund. • If work is over 50% complete or delivered: no refund, but we'll do 2 additional revision rounds to resolve issues.
Social Media Services
Monthly management: cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The current billing month is non-refundable. Social setup (one-time): refundable within 48 hours if work hasn't started.
E-Commerce Services
Store setup: same terms as Website Services above. Monthly store management: cancel with 30 days notice. Current month non-refundable.
Ads & Analytics Services
Monthly ad management: cancel with 30 days notice. Current month non-refundable. Ad spend budgets paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) are non-refundable by us — contact the platform directly.
Non-Refundable Items
• Third-party platform fees (hosting, domain registration, app subscriptions) • Ad spend already deployed • Rush delivery fees • Services fully delivered and approved
